Orders & Payment

What payment methods does NL Guitar support?

We support bank transfer via SePay and payOS. After placing an order, you'll receive payment instructions with an order code, and your order confirms automatically once payment succeeds.

How soon do I get access after paying?

As soon as payment is confirmed (usually within minutes), digital products unlock for download and courses activate automatically in your dashboard.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unpaid orders can be cancelled directly from the Orders section in your dashboard. For paid orders, please contact support and we'll handle it case by case.

Digital downloads

How many times can I download a product?

Each product has its own download limit, visible in the Downloads section of your dashboard. If you need more downloads, please contact support.

Is the file I purchased publicly accessible?

No. Original files always stay private and are only served through signed, time-limited download links tied to the purchasing account.

Courses

Where do I study a course after buying it?

Go to Dashboard → My courses, then open the course to enter the learning interface with video, text lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking.

Do courses expire?

Most courses grant lifetime access after purchase, unless a specific access period is noted on the course page.

Sight Reading membership

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

The Free plan limits daily practice sessions and doesn't save progress. Premium unlocks unlimited practice, progress saving, PDF export, and other advanced features. See the Pricing page for details.

Can I cancel Premium anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your membership from Dashboard → Membership. Benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period.
